Open Access Week 2018

October 22 - October 28 is Open Access Week and we have some events and a competition to get you into the spirit!

Open Access 2018 - Designing Equitable Foundations for Open Knowledge by University of South Australia, Flinders University & University of Adelaide

Governments, funders, universities, publishers, and scholars are increasingly adopting open policies and practices. Designing open systems to ensure that they are inclusive, equitable, and truly serve the needs of a diverse global community presents a new challenge. What are those challenges? Is open always the answer? The theme of this year’s International Open Access Week is ‘Designing Equitable Foundations of Open Knowledge’ and we invite you to join this free three-university event where we will explore these ideas.

When: Tuesday 23 October at 9:00 am - 12:15 pm
Where: Hawke Building, Uni SA City West Campus
