Upcoming changes to authentication to library resources

The University’s initiative to improve online security has been progressing well, and the Library is next in line to change over to the new and improved platform, Okta.

The services that are affected are: Library Search (My Library) and access to Eresources. 

The planned date for the change-over is: Thursday, August 12th. 

Staff and students won’t experience any changes, other than a new look login screen, and will already be familiar with Okta from the migration of MyUni and staff email earlier in the year. 

The Library’s community and alumni users will experience a new login screen. Existing members will still be able to login with their current username and password.
