Mental Health Awareness Month Week 4
Week 4 of Mental Health Awareness Month is taking place from 23 - 31 October.
This week is dedicated to taking a break and looking after yourself. We are heading into exam time, and it can be hard to put wellbeing at the top of your priorities. The Student Experience team has designed a 4 day schedule of events to help students kick back and take a break. There is also heaps going on throughout this week and the end of October, so there is something for everyone.
Together, we can make a positive impact on mental health and be a #MentalHealthAlly.
