Here's a ramble about what I did for three weeks while I was sick! Nothing... Absolutely nothing, except watch movies, eat food and stay in bed all day. Which I am proud of myself for, and you should be too!

If you’re anything like me, finding the will and drive to study is difficult. Studying SHOULD be easy but for some, it’s not and that’s totally okay. I have been researching ways on how to get motivated to study and came across romanticising study. Sometimes days are tough, and all you want to do is stay in bed or crash on the couch all day watching TV and have a cuppa. I and a lot of others are notorious for watching the same shows we’ve already watched back-to-back, which we should have no shame in. So here's a list of my favourite comfort shows!

The importance of slowing down
Recently, I was hit with a cold, and instead of being kind to myself and slowing down, I ignored that little voice in my head and pushed on.
Health is wealth (my trip to the emergency department)
Pain lets you know that something is wrong. Who knew gallbladder attacks could be so painful? Definitely not me. Aside from giving birth to my little one about 18 months ago, I’ve never been admitted to hospital. I’ve not had surgery. I used to be very active and quite in tune with my body and what it was telling me. It’s taken emergency surgery for me to realise that I have to pay attention to my body more.
