New TEQSA resources for AI
TEQSA is continuing to work with the sector to strengthen cultures of academic integrity within higher education and to reduce the integrity risk posed by commercial academic cheating services.
A number of downloadable resources are now available on their website. (https://www.teqsa.gov.au/download-hub) These resources include slides that can be added to a lectures, posters and information sheets.
TEQSA’s Protecting Academic Integrity website also has a range of resources including the Good Practice Note, Academic Integrity Toolkit and other materials to support institutions and academics to strengthen cultures of academic integrity and better detect cheating on assessments.
The focus with these materials is to raise awareness that it is illegal to promote or sell academic cheating services to students studying at an Australian higher education provider.
Later this month, TEQSA will be launching a social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram to broaden engagement with students about this issue. They welcome any and all support in helping them spread this message to new and returning higher education students.
