Enterprise Agreement

An enterprise agreement is an agreement made between an employer and its staff that sets out the terms and conditions of employment.

As part of the creation of Adelaide University, the University of South Australia, University of Adelaide and Adelaide University have commenced negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement for Adelaide University.

Once negotiated and approved, this Agreement will replace the existing University of South Australia Enterprise Agreement 2023, and University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2023-2025, and will set out the terms and conditions of employment which will apply to Adelaide University employees. 

The University will communicate with you and provide regular updates throughout the bargaining process via the Adelaide University Interim Staff Intranet.
