People leaders responsibilities on Mandatory Learning
Continuing and fixed term employees will receive an enrolment email from MyLearning with links to the online module.
Please identify mandatory learning needs for casual staff and contractors in your team, noting that casual staff must be provided with paid time in accordance with the provisions in the Enterprise Agreement when they complete the learning.
Ideally, People Leaders will enrol identified team members with steps outlined in this guide. Alternatively, you can request your casual or contractor team members to self-enrol in the online learning by following the links on the Induction Courses page.
