Leading Self Through Change

Aspiring Leaders Program

As we prepare for our transition to the new Adelaide University, we may face challenges to our energy, our sense of purpose, and our professional identity. We recognise that change will necessitate the adoption of new strategies, helping us navigate uncertainty and create opportunities for innovation and growth.

We invite you to join Dr. Josie McLean and Dr. Sam Wells for a series of two-hour workshops designed to support you with practical skills to help guide you through this period of change. Open to all professional and academic staff, the three sessions build upon each other, to create a comprehensive learning experience.  We encourage teams to attend together where practical to develop a shared understanding and build further connection.

Between sessions, participants will be asked to implement one new idea and share their learning experiences at the following workshop, creating a practical framework for lasting change.
