It’s time to recalibrate

UniSuper Wellbeing

As we grapple with another year of continuing uncertainty, we invite you to join UniSuper and SuperFriend, UniSuper’s mental health partner, for a series of live webcasts focussed on your mental and physical wellbeing.

The second session 'SuperFriend: Work life transition tactics', will be held on 13 July 2021.  If you haven’t already registered be sure to secure your place today.

UniSuper and SuperFriend will guide you through a variety of topics including:

  • ways to boost resilience
  • professional boundary setting
  • tips to avoid burnout, and
  • simple ways to improve concentration.

If you’re not able to make it to the live webcast, the recording will be available on-demand, just another benefit of your UniSuper membership. You can check out the first in the series Preparing for the new normal – online today.
