I stumbled on this podcast episode recently from the Art of Charm. It was as if the universe was asking me to stop scrolling through podcast lists and just get on with writing my thesis.

So, you have a loved one who is struggling with mental health, and you want to be there for them as much as you can. But you’re not sure what’s the best way to be there for them without burning yourself out. So my third year is complete. It seems its time to look back and reflect on what I have achieved and find areas for improvement as I head into fourth year - the final straight.
Distracting yourself
