North Terrace campus has indoor and outdoor venues suitable for events of all sizes, including conferences, festivals, seminars, theatrical performances, student club BBQs, banquet dinners and more.

Conditions
- No food or drink (bottled water permitted) to be consumed in lecture theatres.
- A foyer or breakout space must be used for catering planned.
- Theatre to be left neat and tidy upon completion of the event.

Conditions
- Marquees must be weighted and never pegged, as this can cause damage to the underground irrigation system.
- Vehicles, including forklifts and trucks, may not drive on the lawns unless permission has been granted.
- If a BBQ is used, a fat catcher must be used to prevent damage to the lawns.

The Barr Smith Library has a range of study spaces available to book, including study booths, listening booths and meeting rooms. Also available for booking is the Ira Raymond Exhibition Room.
