North Terrace has a range of bookable lecture theatres suitable for general public events and conferences of all sizes. The rooms below can be booked by staff and students for university events at no cost.

Standard AV equipment: PC, projector, screens and microphones.
High resolution presentation screen with VGA/HDMI input and audio jack.
Zoom teleconferencing capability.
Breakout spaces available.

Conditions

No food or drink (bottled water permitted) to be consumed in lecture theatres.
Please organise a foyer or breakout space for any catering planned.
Theatre to be left neat and tidy upon completion of the event.

Conditions

Marquees must be weighted and never pegged, as this can cause damage to the underground irrigation system.
Vehicles, including forklifts and trucks, may not drive on the lawns unless permission has been granted.
If a BBQ is used, a fat catcher must be used to prevent damage to the lawns.
