Roseworthy SAMP Upgrade – Eastick & Callaghan

Core teaching buildings, Eastick & Callaghan, to have base building services replacement completed.

Project detail

Eastick & Callaghan Buildings provide core student facilities for Roseworthy Campus. The buildings provide learning and teaching spaces, plus the library, a core study space for the students. The project completes the upgrade of base building services.

Eastick has previously had a partial mechanical upgrade with 3 rooftop air conditioning units being replaced. The scope of this project includes replacement of the remaining 7 units plus a full upgrade of electrical boards and lighting in common areas.

Callaghan air conditioning plant has been replaced in recent years so the mechanical scope is limited to updated exhausts fans. Alike Eastick, the electrical scope includes board replacements and upgrades to lighting in all common areas.

Expected completion is March 2025
